I have been looking for something similar to village dark roast from Salt Spring, which is very chocolaty. This is not as chocolaty and has a little bit of smoke to it, but it does have plenty of flavor. I find I need to add cream and sugar to make it taste better. I like it, but I think I will still be searching for something that fits the bill better. I would like to try the single estate.
